What You Get

How MIR Works for Partners

What you do
Send MIR an event when something meaningful happens — completed transaction, verified review, subscription renewal. You choose what to send. MIR hashes the user identifier so you never share PII.
What you get back
When a new user shows up, ask MIR if they have history elsewhere. A user with 2 years of verified activity across multiple platforms is a different risk profile than a brand new account. Use that signal however you want — skip friction, extend credit, fast-track onboarding.
What it costs you
API integration. A few lines of code to submit events, a resolve call to check someone. Rate limits are tier-based, free trial to start.
Your data stays yours
MIR doesn't share your events with other partners. It aggregates signals into tiers — no one sees raw activity, just that history exists and how deep it is.
Network effect
Every platform in the network makes every other platform's signal stronger. Early partners get the most leverage as the network grows.

Example: "We will use MIR as a source of participation history when reviewing applications from jewelers seeking wholesale access. MIR will help us understand whether an applicant has existing transaction history across participating partner platforms, without revealing identity details. MIR data will be considered alongside manual review and submitted documentation, and will not be used as the sole basis for any decision. Applicants without MIR history will continue through the standard review process."

Partner Attestations

By checking the box below, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all partner commitments:

View all attestations
  • User Consent: I will only submit events for users who have knowingly linked their account to my platform through MIR's linking flow.
  • Purpose Limitation: I will use MIR participation data only to inform trust decisions on my platform—not as the sole basis for denying service.
  • Signals, Not Verdicts: I understand that MIR provides context to support human judgment, not automated determinations of trustworthiness.
  • Data Retention: I will delete cached MIR data within 24 hours, except for audit records or decisions derived from it.
  • Data Security: I will store and transmit MIR data securely using encryption and access controls.
  • Event Accuracy: I will only submit events that are accurate, verified, and occurred on my own platform.
  • No Resale: I will not sell, share, or redistribute MIR data to third parties.
  • User Rights: I will cooperate with user requests for data access, correction, or deletion.
  • No Coerced Linking: I will not require MIR linking as a condition for basic platform access or service eligibility.
  • Absence Is Neutral: I understand that lack of MIR history or choosing not to link is not evidence of wrongdoing or cause for suspicion.
